Garlic Infused Sticky Rice

- 2 cups uncooked sushi rice
- 3 tablespoons Nakano Roasted Garlic Rice Vinegar
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- Make the sushi rice according to directions on the package.
- While sushi rice is cooking, in a small saucepan, combine the vinegar, sugar and salt.
- Cook over medium heat until the sugar dissolves (about 3 minutes)
- Cool, then stir into the cooked rice.
- Keep gently stirring and the rice will dry as it cools.
