Garlic Infused Sticky Rice

Ingredients
  • 2 cups uncooked sushi rice
  • 3 tablespoons Nakano Roasted Garlic Rice Vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
Instructions
  1. Make the sushi rice according to directions on the package.
  2. While sushi rice is cooking, in a small saucepan, combine the vinegar, sugar and salt.
  3. Cook over medium heat until the sugar dissolves (about 3 minutes)
  4. Cool, then stir into the cooked rice.
  5. Keep gently stirring and the rice will dry as it cools.
