If you are ever in need of a last minute appetizer, you have just found it! This olive tapenade takes 5 minutes to throw together and voila you have a delicious appetizer! This tapenade can be served as an hors d’oeuvre, in a small bowl, surrounded with pita chips or toasted bread slices.
- ½ cup green olives, pitted
- ½ cup black olives, pitted
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 clove garlic
- In a food processor, combine all ingredients and pulse, stopping to scrape down the sides as needed, until everything is a paste.
- Serve with toasted bread slices or pita chips.
